SUSTAINABILITY IN WESTFIELD
Mall of the Netherlands

Sustainability was a key concern during the construction of the mall, and it continues to be to this day. Every day, we do our utmost to build a greener Westfield Mall of the Netherlands, with everything from thermal energy storage to birdhouses and energy to recycling. Scroll down for a closer look at everything we do. And we’re always looking for new ways to keep our mall as green as possible. That’s why Westfield Mall of the Netherlands is BREEAM-NL certified and why we’re audited every year. Here’s a list of our ongoing sustainability efforts.
