The stay duration is between 1 and 3 hours. Please ensure to pick up your children on time.

A fee per started hour is required for your child's care. Payment is made in cash upon pick-up. It costs €5 per started hour, €3 for Westfield Club members. The fee is due at the agreed care start time.

A maximum of 40 children can be cared for at the same time (care ratio 1:10). We ask for your understanding if, during peak times, no more children can be admitted temporarily.

Children suffering from fever, pain, severe cough, diarrhea, vomiting, or visible discomfort cannot attend childcare.

Additionally, children must be diaper-free. Markus Paul GmbH is authorized to exclude children from care or terminate the care contract if:

1. The child's care is questionable because parents are unwilling to cooperate with the staff.
2. Parents behave towards Markus Paul GmbH staff in such a way that Markus Paul GmbH, as an employer, is obliged to protect its staff under its duty of care.
3. The child, due to behaviour or personal reasons, demonstrates a need for care that cannot be covered by the existing personnel resources of the care offer.

Yes – for younger siblings, we have a well-equipped diaper changing and nursing room. Please note that your child must be diaper-free for the supervised area.

Next to the lockers in Centrolino, there is an area where strollers can be parked.

Parents are allowed in the open play area. However, only children aged 3 to 10 years are allowed in the supervised area.

The childcare is intended to relieve adult caregivers. Adult caregivers can check children into childcare and then comfortably shop for a maximum of three hours.

At the entrance to Centrolino, there are lockers for storing jackets, shoes, bags, and more. We ask that you enter the play area only with socks for hygiene reasons.

Centrolino is not liable for the loss, damage, or confusion of personal belongings. We recommend labeling your child's items with their name.

Children are usually developmentally ready to stay alone in an unfamiliar care facility from the age of 4. From the age of 12, children are too big for many play equipment in the children's area.

At check-in, the phone number of the adult caregiver is recorded, so we can contact you anytime and inform you of the child's wish to be picked up.

As parents, you are obliged to provide the caregivers with all necessary information required for safe childcare and pick-up. This includes, in particular, the personal data of the parents, which are secured by an identity card or passport.
