House and user regulations


Dear guests,


Welcome to Westfield Centro.

We look forward to your visit and will do everything we can to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
In order to offer you all the highest possible level of safety, comfort and relaxation, we need your co-operation. We therefore appeal to your understanding and consideration and ask you to refrain from doing anything that could impair the pleasant atmosphere at Westfield Centro.

To ensure this, we have laid down the following rules, which we ask you to observe:

  1. The use of all facilities and equipment at Westfield Centro, in particular the playgrounds and play equipment, is at the user's own risk. Any liability on the part of Westfield Centro is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

  2. The marked escape and rescue routes may only be used in an emergency.

  3. Camping and begging as well as the consumption of alcohol outside the catering areas are prohibited. Inline skating, bicycles, scooters and skateboards are prohibited in the Westfield Centro shopping centre, the Coca-Cola Oasis and on the promenade. Bicycles and motorbikes may not be ridden or pushed through the shopping centre and must be locked at the designated bicycle stations. Kickboards, roller skates, inline skates, skateboards, e-scooters, Segways and similar vehicles, whether motorised, electric or muscle-powered, are also not permitted for safety reasons. Mobility aids such as wheelchairs, walking frames and pushchairs are of course exempt from this ban.

  4. All facilities and equipment at Westfield Centro must be treated with care in the interests of all guests and waste must always be disposed of in the bins provided. All visitors are liable for any damage they cause; parents are liable for their children.

  5. On the access roads and in our multi-storey car parks, the provisions of the road traffic regulations apply in conjunction with separate car park regulations.

  6. It is not permitted to enter the Westfield Centro premises for the purpose of distributing flyers and/or similar advertising media. In this context, Westfield Centro includes the shops, main and traffic routes, escape routes, car parks and all generally accessible areas that are directly or indirectly connected with Westfield Centro. In the event of non-compliance, a fine will be imposed and the costs of cleaning will be charged.

  7. Smoking is prohibited throughout Westfield Centro. This also includes e-cigarettes. In addition, the consumption of intoxicants is prohibited on the entire Westfield Centro site.

  8. The instructions of the Westfield Centro service and security staff must be followed.

In the interest of our guests, we will prosecute violations of the house and user rules as well as criminal offences.
