Expérience dans le management, dans la vente retail.
Base en informatique et en anglais.
Gérer l'organisation et l'animation du point de vente.
Définir les objectifs de vente.
Mise en place de campagne. (merchandising et vitrines)
Être formateur envers l'équipe de vente.
Booster les équipes de ventes.
Assurer la liaison entre la direction et le personnel.
Dans ce cadre vos missions principales consisteront à :
Gestion du magasin
- Ouverture et fermeture du magasin, ouverture et clôture des caisses
- Vente de produits, proposition de produits supplémentaires / complémentaires
- Contrôler la procédure d’encaissement
- Gestion de stock et de l’inventaire
- Traitement dans la courtoisie des litiges avec les clients
- Application des mesures obligatoires concernant la sécurité quotidienne du magasin
- Participe aux opérations marketing au sein du magasin
Management
- Gestion des plannings des équipes
- Participe à la formation et au suivi des performances de l’équipe
- L’animation et donner des feedbacks sur terrain
- L’entretien mensuel et EAE
Chouchouter nos clients et incarner LE Service Marionnaud;
Effectuer les encaissements, tout en connaissant les différentes procédures;
Participer à la bonne tenue du magasin et le mettre en beauté via le merchandising
Vous avez un goût prononcé pour le management d’équipe et avez déjà eu la responsabilité d’un point de vente en tant que Responsable Adjoint.
Vous avez une forte affinité produit, êtes rigoureux, disponible et curieux.
Rattaché.e à la Responsable de Magasin, les missions principales consisteront à la seconder et l’accompagner dans la gestion du point de vente.
Et plus précisément :
Participer au pilotage de l’activité commerciale :
- Analyser le Chiffre d’affaires et les indicateurs de performance et proposer au Responsable de Magasin des plans d’action pour les optimiser,
- Développer les ventes,
- Accueillir et assurer un conseil personnalisé à chaque client et veiller au bon réassort du magasin,
- Mettre en œuvre la charte service client et contribuez à rendre le magasin attractif.
Assurer l’animation de l’équipe :
- Coordonner et organiser le travail de l’équipe,
- Intégrer et former les nouveaux collaborateurs,
- Assurer une communication efficace,
- Faire preuve d’exemplarité et être garant de la bonne application de la législation sociale.
Contribuer à la gestion du point de vente :
- Garantir les flux monétaires (procédures de caisse, remise en banque, fond de caisse),
- Assurer les ouvertures et fermetures de magasin,
- Garantir le respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité,
- Participer à la préparation des inventaires et à leur réalisation,
- Lutter contre la démarque inconnue et assurer une bonne gestion de la réserve.
