If you feel harassed, pressured, or acutely threatened, we want to help you at our receptions. As the first shopping center in Austria, we have introduced two new services for you – because your best possible visitor experience drives us every day.

By signalling the secret “Signal for Help” or asking the code question: “Is Luisa here?” we will assist you in the best possible way according to the situation. This does not automatically mean calling the police, but rather appropriate actions such as providing useful information (LINK Info folder “Protection Against Violence” Land Niederösterreich) or discreetly handing over relevant contact options. Free Feminine Hygiene Products - Be Prepared for the Unexpected! No more panic if you are surprised by your period or forgot to pack something. You can get free pads and tampons at our receptions if needed. We believe that the topic “menstruation” should be openly discussed and that no girl or woman should be ashamed to ask our reception staff for feminine hygiene products. However, if you still feel uncomfortable, just use the code word “dandelion” for tampons and “daisy” for pads. Our staff will hand you the requested items in a neutral package. Each person will receive a package containing either two tampons or two pads, each in normal size.
