hat is the FutureFem Mentoring Program?

As Vienna’s largest shopping center, we are continuously committed to social responsibility and empowerment. Supporting girls and women is especially close to our hearts.

FutureFem participants can look forward to engaging discussions with successful speakers – including influencer and author Christl Clear, former national soccer player Viktoria Schnaderbeck, fashion designer Marina Hoermanseder, and business coach and communication expert Vera Steinhäuser.

In inspiring sessions, they will share their experiences and provide valuable insights for you to learn from.

Q&A

Who can participate in FutureFem? Young, motivated women aged 18 to 35 who are eager to actively advance their careers and personal growth. No specific prior knowledge is required to participate in the program.

Is FutureFem free of charge? No! Westfield Donau Zentrum offers the mentoring program free of charge.

How many participants will be selected for the program? To best meet the needs of each participant, a maximum of 15 young women will be selected.

Will the evening sessions be held in groups or individually? The seven evening sessions always take place in a group setting.

Where and when do the sessions take place? The mentoring program is held directly at Westfield Donau Zentrum and takes place on the specified dates from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

What happens if I am unable to attend one of the sessions? A one-time excused absence is possible.

How long should the application video or letter be? The application video should not exceed one minute, and the application letter should be approximately 500 words.

When will I find out if I have been selected for the program? Each applicant will receive acceptance or rejection notification by February 24, 2025.

What criteria are used to select participants? Prepare a video or letter that best represents your personality and demonstrates why you are the perfect fit for the program!
