You can buy the Westfield gift card at the centre receptions (card payment only) or in the online shop (payment options: credit card and prepayment). Please note that the card is valid for a limited period of 1 year from the date of issue. However, any remaining credit can be transferred to a new card at any time after the card expires free of charge at our centre receptions.

The Westfield gift card can be topped up once and can be loaded with any amount from €10 up to €150. When paying with the Westfield voucher card, it is important that you are aware of your available credit. Simply enter ‘1111’ when you are asked for the code.

The Westfield gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. After the expiry date, you can have the remaining credit on your card transferred to a new card free of charge at the reception desk in the centre. If you do not make use of the free option, the card issuer reserves the right to charge a monthly fee for keeping the remaining credit available from the 4th month after the card expires.

So that you always know how much credit you still have on your Westfield gift card after a purchase, we offer several ways to check:

  • Scan the QR code on the back of the gift card with your mobile phone camera (or if necessary with a QR code scanner app) and the current credit balance and expiry date will be displayed.

  • Online enquiry

  • A tablet with a scanner is available at our receptions for you to check your credit balance. Our staff will be happy to assist you. To combine the remaining credit on several cards onto one card, please also contact the reception staff.

  • The use of this Maestro prepaid voucher card is restricted to Westfield Donau Zentrum and Westfield Shopping City Süd.


Availability fee for PayLife ‘prepaid cards’/‘voucher cards’ in Austria

PayLife ‘Prepaid Cards’/‘Voucher Cards’ have a limited term. After the card has expired, you can have your remaining credit refunded at any time within the 30-year holding period by completing a refund form. We take the liberty of charging a holding fee of EUR 2.00 per month for holding the credit. This fee will be deducted from the remaining credit on your expired card at the end of each month until the credit has been used up.

If you would like to have your remaining credit refunded, you have the following options:

1. if the remaining credit on the card has been completely deducted from the provisioning fee (credit is EUR 0), please send the signed form as a scan, available atCancellation/Cancellation form for PayLife prepaid cards, to service@paylife.at and we will transfer the amount of the fees charged back to you.

2. if there is still credit remaining on the expired card, you can extend it free of charge at the point of sale and any service fees charged will be automatically credited back to your card or customer account within 2-3 working days of the extension.
