Welcome to FutureFem - the Westfield Donau Zentrum's mentoring programme for young women. FutureFem is convinced that the future is female and would like to accompany you on your way. As Vienna's largest shopping centre, we are constantly committed to social responsibility and empowerment. With FutureFem, we are setting another milestone: the mentoring programme is the continuation of our long-standing efforts to support girls and women.

The time has already come on 14 March 2024! We will start with the individual sessions that the applicants can now attend. We would like to thank all applicants. We wish you lots of fun.

What is the FutureFem mentoring programme about?

We want to support you as a young woman aged 18 to 25 in your personal and professional development and offer you the chance to develop your skills and lay the foundations for a successful professional future and a positive mindset with our free mentoring programme.

In seven inspiring evening sessions, fascinating personalities such as fashion designer Marina Hoermanseder, influencer and author Christl Clear and business coach and communications expert Vera Steinhäuser await you as speakers. Immerse yourself, learn from their experiences and expand your skills - an opportunity that will provide you with valuable insights and inspiration for your own goals.

Who can take part in FutureFem?The programme is open to young, motivated women aged between 18 and 25 who are ready to proactively advance their professional and personal development. No specific prior knowledge is required to take part in the programme.

Is there a charge for FutureFem?No! The Westfield Donau Centre offers mentoring free of charge.

How many participants are selected for the programme?In order to best meet the needs of each participant, a maximum of 15 young women will be selected.

Do the evening sessions take place in a group or individually?The seven evening sessions always take place as a group.

Where do the sessions take place and at what time?The mentoring is held directly at the Westfield Donau Centre and takes place on the dates listed from 18:00 to 20:30.

What happens if I am unable to attend an appointment?A single excused absence is possible.

How long should the application video or letter of application be?The application video should not exceed one minute and the letter of application should be around 500 words.

By when will I know if I have been selected for the programme?Each applicant will receive an acceptance or rejection letter at the beginning of March.
