HOUSE RULES
THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES APPLY TO THE ENTIRE WESTFIELD DONAU CENTRUM, INCLUDING BUILDING AND OUTDOOR AREAS (HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS "CENTER"):

  1. Entering the center and using the facilities is at your own risk and is only permitted with appropriate clothing.

  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire center, except in the designated outdoor smoking areas.

  3. The consumption of alcoholic beverages outside the designated gastronomy areas is not permitted. The consumption or trade of drugs will be reported to the authorities without exception.

  4. Sitting on stairs in both indoor and outdoor areas, as well as sleeping in the rest zones, is prohibited for safety reasons.

  5. Dogs may only be brought with a muzzle and leash and must be supervised at all times. Any resulting waste must be immediately cleaned up by the dog owner. Bringing dogs in shopping carts is not permitted for hygienic reasons.

  6. The use of inline skates, scooters, rollers, skateboards, bicycles, motorcycles, and similar means of transport is not permitted within the center. Bicycles must be parked in the designated outdoor parking areas. Playing with balls or other objects is prohibited.

  7. For security reasons, the entire center, including the parking garages, is under video surveillance. No liability is accepted for parked vehicles or their contents.

  8. All facilities and amenities of the center must be treated with care. Deliberate contamination or damage will be penalized. Please use the designated waste bins and the ashtrays provided in the outdoor areas.

  9. The instructions of the center management, its representatives, and security personnel must be followed at all times.

  10. The use of emergency exits is strictly allowed only in the case of an emergency. Loitering in escape routes and on rescue paths is not permitted.

  11. Carrying weapons or other dangerous objects is prohibited.

  12. Posting of posters, distributing promotional materials, conducting customer surveys, playing music, or any other promotional activities or performances, as well as filming and photographing, are only permitted with prior written approval from the center management. We reserve the right to charge any cleaning costs.

  13. Begging, peddling, and selling or offering goods or services of any kind without authorization is not permitted.

  14. Using escalators with shopping carts, wheelchairs, and strollers is prohibited for your own safety. The use of elevators and escalators by children is only permitted when accompanied by an adult.

  15. The delivery of goods, packages, and similar shipments using sack trucks, package trolleys, or similar transport devices is not allowed during business hours.

  16. No liability is accepted for the use of any service facilities such as shoe cleaning machines, lockers, wheelchairs, charging cables, etc.

In the event of violations of the house rules, endangerment of persons' safety, or inappropriate behavior, the security service and/or center management is authorized to issue a ban from the premises and may take further legal action if necessary.
