To ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all our guests, Westfield Stratford City has a few simple rules to follow whilst visiting the centre:
The riding, pushing or carriage of bikes, roller-blades, scooters skateboards in the Malls is not allowed.
Face or head coverings for religious purposes are welcomed and medical face coverings are also permitted – they are also available on request from guest services for those who need them.
If you’re wearing something with a hood, please make sure it is down when inside the centre. Face coverings such as balaclavas or ski masks are not allowed.
Groups of four or more may be challenged and required to disperse and unsociable behaviour, including swearing, shouting or any behaviour that could be detrimental to a family environment is not acceptable.
The centre is protected by CCTV 24 hours a day. CCTV cameras are located in the mall areas, lifts and service areas. Our CCTV scheme monitors and records images and audio for the purpose of crime prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution of offenders and is also used for public health and safety purposes.
We have a security team and Metropolitan Police on-site to deal with any event swiftly and professionally and reserve the right to deny entry to anyone whose actions we feel are unsuitable and may have a negative impact on other customers, our colleagues and retailers.
