Tickets are available to pre-book on our website through the Eventcube ticketing platform. By booking or being issued Tickets for the Session (defined below) you are deemed to have accepted and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of Eventcube (as applicable), in addition to these Terms.
Tickets are also available to be purchased directly at Little Bees but are subject to availability.
One Ticket entitles one child entrance into Little Bees for a 90-minute session (the “Session”). Each child must be accompanied by a responsible adult, 18 years or over. We may request to see appropriate ID to validate the adult’s age.
Each Session is limited to a maximum of 26 children at any one time.
Tickets are only valid for the time and date for which they were purchased. We reserve the right to refuse entry should a Ticket be used outside its valid time and date.
Only one adult shall be permitted to enter with up to two children free of charge per booking. Additional adults will be required to purchase a supervisor Ticket. Maximum of two adults per booking. Adults are not permitted entry with a child’s Ticket.
Adults cannot purchase child Tickets for their own use. Adults are not permitted entry without an accompanying child.
All ticketholders in a relevant Session must enter the Session at the same time.
A Ticket obtained in breach of these Terms, or which in our reasonable opinion is being used or is intended to be used in breach of these Terms, shall be void. This may include you being refused entry, or your Ticket(s) being cancelled without notification. No compensation will be provided to you in such circumstances.
Prices are stated in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change the price of the Tickets displayed at any time without notice.
Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping), the consumption of alcohol and the use of professional photographic and video cameras are strictly prohibited at Little Bees.
You will comply with all relevant safety announcements and instructions from staff while attending the Session.
We reserve the right to request Ticket holders to leave or refuse entry to Little Bees and the Centre at any time and may take appropriate action to enforce this right. We may refuse any Ticket holder access to or may remove any Ticket holder from Little Bees or the Centre who:
We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, whether for safety reasons or otherwise:
Westfield and the Centre Owner will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of or to any of your property or personal belongings during your Session.
Westfield and the Centre Owner shall not be liable for loss or damage of any kind whether direct or indirect, including but not limited to travel expenses, car parking fees or any other out of pocket expenses.
While Westfield and the Centre Owner make every effort to monitor performance of the services which are fulfilled by third party suppliers (“Suppliers”), any liability incurred by you which is caused by the acts or omission of the Suppliers is the responsibility of the Suppliers and not the responsibility of Westfield or the Centre Owner. For the avoidance of doubt, Westfield and the Centre Owner do not accept responsibility for: (i) network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict or delay the booking or delivery of Tickets; or (ii) any lost, stolen or damaged Ticket.
Other than for liability that cannot be excluded by law, neither the Centre Owner nor Westfield shall be liable for the death or personal injury of users of Little Bees which arises from or is caused by events outside of the Centre Owner’s or Westfield's reasonable control, including the acts or omissions of the Suppliers.
You waive all rights of whatsoever nature against Westfield and the Centre Owner and each of their employees, servants, agents, independent contractors or representatives in respect of injury, death, loss or damage arising from your booking of a Ticket or your attendance at the Session which is caused by the acts or omissions of the Suppliers.
The Centre Owner or Westfield shall not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control.
Except as otherwise stated, any liability we owe shall be limited to the price paid for the Ticket(s) purchased for the relevant Session in which the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms affects any of your statutory rights which may not be legally excluded.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Save that any company in the Westfield group of companies, as well as the Centre Owners, or Westfield may benefit from these Terms, no person who is not a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Enforcement of these Terms is solely at our discretion, and just because we may not enforce them in some circumstances does not mean that we have lost the right to enforce in future.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
By attending Little Bees, you may send personal data to Westfield who will use this personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy notice (which is available at https://uk.westfield.com/privacy). This privacy notice explains how Westfield processes your personal data, your rights in relation to that personal data, and how you can contact us. As Westfield is a UK company, your personal data needs to be stored in or transferred to the UK or be accessed from the UK.
