Dubai Chocolate Mille Crêpes
Inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate bar, our newest cake features handcrafted crêpes layered with chocolate and pistachio pastry creams. Topped with a blend of crispy kataifi, pistachio, and tahini encircled by a piping of chocolate cream, this dessert brings together French patisserie with the beloved flavors of knafeh in one indulgent Mille Crêpes creation.
Tres Leches Mille Crêpes
Luxurious layers of milk-soaked vanilla sponge cake are featured in our Tres Leches Mille Crêpes. This irresistibly sweet and creamy cake brings together a classic combination of three milks with a hint of toasted coconut. Handmade cream infused with blonde chocolate is gently brushed between every crepe layer, finished with a light whipped cream topping and a sprinkling of crunchy coconut flakes.
Royal Milk Tea Mousse
Royal Milk Tea Mousse is inspired by one of Lady M’s favorite drinks, recreated in cake form. We start with our signature chocolate sponge cake, then layer on a chocolate tea mousse and a Ceylon Dimbula tea mousse topped with a glossy tea glaze. Single estate cacao medallions give a polished finish to this royal cake.
Mont Blanc
A personal Mont Blanc perfectly sized for one. Two elements make this special dessert: cream and chestnut purée. The chestnut purée is velvety and indulgent, piled high over fresh whipped cream. To finish, a single candied chestnut.
