The survey provides space to leave suggestions, share positive feedback, ask questions, or report an issue. Importantly, the evaluation is conducted using the NPS method – the Net Promoter Score. When applying this method to assess our actions, survey responses are divided into 3 groups: scores from 0 to 6 are given by critics, scores from 7 to 8 reflect neutral respondents, and scores of 9 and 10 are reserved for customers who are satisfied with our brand and services.
