We now have 4 brand new, modern locker systems in use for you! These high-tech lockers work completely digitally (cashless) and can be conveniently operated via an online tool. The lockers cost between €2-4 depending on their size. As a Westfield Club member, you get a 50% discount.

How does it work?
Choose a locker: You choose a free locker in the desired size. Opening code: In the next step, you can choose how you want to receive your opening code.You read the code on the display and memorise it.You can have the code sent to you by e-mail. Payment process: This is followed by the digital payment process by debit or credit card. Are you a Westfield Club member? Then you get a 50% discount on the price. To do this, you need to scan your (digital) club card at the terminal. The compartment will open and you can put everything away.To open the compartment again, select the ‘Open’ button and enter your opening code. You can now decide whether you want to return the locker or continue using it.

➡️ At what times are the lockers accessible?
From Monday to Saturday from 9:00 - 21:00.
Please note that these times are binding. The lockers cannot be opened outside these times. After 9pm you can call 0208 828 0 the next day.
➡️ What is the maximum period of use?
From the time you rent the locker until the end of the same day (9pm at the latest).
➡️ Can I open and close the locker in between to store other items, for example?
Yes, that's no problem. After opening the locker again, simply indicate that you would like to continue using the locker for that day.
