Innovative parking system from September 2024 at Westfield Donau Zentrum

Look forward to a new parking experience without paper tickets
At Westfield Donau Zentrum, we are setting new standards for convenience with the introduction of our fully digital parking system on 2 September 2024. Our aim is to offer you a seamless and efficient parking experience.

No more searching for a parking ticket
Our four multi-storey car parks with a total of around 3,000 parking spaces will be converted to a system that does not require physical tickets. The use of automatic number plate recognition will make parking much quicker and easier. Instead of a paper ticket, your vehicle will be registered when you enter and the parking fees will be charged to your licence plate number when you leave. These payments can be made either electronically or in cash at our user-friendly and accessible machines.

In addition, our existing benefits remain the same: Westfield Club members will continue to enjoy three hours free parking, while cinema-goers will receive six hours free parking. Please go to the cinema box office before the film starts.

This change confirms our commitment to innovative customer solutions. We look forward to introducing you to these improvements and making your visit to our cinema even more enjoyable.

Parked in! All Westfield Club members can park for free for three hours in our 4 multi-storey car parks with a total of around 3,000 parking spaces. Cineplexx visitors can have their number plate (from car park 4, near The Kitchen) activated at the cinema ticket office before the start of the film to park for six hours free of charge. For all those who are not yet Westfield Club members but would still like to park in our car park, a fee of 2.50 euros per hour will be charged from 1 October 2023.

Tariffs
Westfield Donau Zentrum Club members: 0-3 hours free of charge

Cinema visitors in car park 4: 0-6 hours free of charge

Each additional hour started: €2.50 Daily maximum per day: €25.00

Persons with disabilities can park free of charge in the Westfield Donau Zentrum during the opening hours of the shops. On presentation of your disability card and your licence plate number at reception, you will receive a free ride on the day you enter.

3 hours free parking: This is how it works for Westfield Club members:
To use your free parking time as a Westfield Club member, you need your digital Westfield Donau Zentrum Club membership card (digital barcode). You will find this in the Westfield Donau Zentrum app after logging in.

Download the Westfield Donau Zentrum app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store

Have your digital barcode ready and scan it when paying at the pay machine

Repeated entry / change of car park, within the first hour after the last exit: €2.50 for each hour started.

In order to receive an additional free parking time per day, free re-entry is only possible after an absence of at least one hour after the last exit.

The exit barrier must be passed 15 minutes after payment of the parking fee (exit tolerance).

Multi-storey car park 3: Mon. - Fri.: 6 am - 9 pm, Sat.: 6 am - 7 pm
