We are pleased to announce that our shopping centers are launching Curbside Pickup. As regulations allow, our centers will begin to offer this service so that we can provide a safe and contactless shopping experience for our retailers and consumers.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
If you would like to offer Curbside Pickup at Westfield's properties, please contact your local mall management. Local communication at each center will be distributed in real time. In addition, you can always contact curbside@westfield.com.
HOW IT WORKS
Westfield will provide the infrastructure for your store to deliver online or phone purchases to guest vehicles, including the following:
Retailers will be responsible for the transacting, communication and delivery of items to their customers.
Beginning in June, we will be launching LINE PASS, an appointment booking / waitlist app in partnership with WaitWhile at all centers nationwide. LINE PASS will be integrated into Westfield’s own consumer-facing app and accessible by our retail stores through MallComm.
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT: Customers will be able to seamlessly book an appointment through the Westfield App based on available time slots that Retailers set in advance
VIRTUAL WAITLIST: Customers can view wait times during peak hours and choose to get on a waiting list in lieu of waiting in line
