The Good Festival

Join Westfield Garden State Plaza on May 11 from 11AM to 4PM, for a celebration of sustainability and a day filled with eco-conscious fun and inspiration. Donate old jeans and bring a second pair to have 'revived', explore eco-conscious brand initiatives and innovative products, admire the sustainable art and fashion ready-to-wear looks from Berkeley College students, and so much more!

This event is free to attend but we request a pair of old jeans (any size, brand, style) to be donated and recycled with us.

Denim Revival Experience

• Clean out your closet and make a difference. Donate a pair of old jeans with us that will go to the BlueJeansGoGreen organization and bring a second pair of denim to be revived with a custom and unique art design by Nick Sizemore and Darcey Barber of @SAJ_NYC. Choose from multiple design details for your personalized jeans and pick them up the following Saturday, May 18th at Westfield Garden State Plaza.

Sustainability Spotlight Pop-Ups 

• Discover eco-friendly practices, products, and more at our Sustainability Spotlights, showcasing initiatives from shops like Sephora, Fabletics, Rothy's, L'Occitane, Arc'teryxc, Coach, Aveda, Allbirds, Tory Burch, Nespresso, Madewell, LUSH and many more.

Live Entertainment

• Groove to the beats and enjoy live performances throughout the day including American Idol finalist Sam Woolf, American kindie rock band Rolie Polie Guacamole, and musical duo Emtee.

Community Art Project

• Let your creativity flow. Join us in a heartwarming Community Art Project where we'll build a beautiful mosaic of LEGO bricks. Bring any of your pre-loved LEGO bricks to be donated to the LEGO Replay program and we may even use a few of your bricks in the art piece itself!

The Future of Fashion

• Experience sustainable fashion at its finest with students and faculty from the Berkeley College Fashion Merchandising and Management Program. Admire hanging art installations and sustainable fashion looks displayed on level 1 near Pandora. Plus, join a panel discussion with students from the Berkeley College Fashion Merchandising and Management Program who created the showcased sustainable fashion looks.

Herb Garden Starter

• Spend $50 across the Sustainability Spotlight shops* and pick up your complimentary herb to take home and enjoy, contributing to greener living and sustainable practices.

Must make a qualifying purchase at any combination of these Westfield Garden State Plaza shops: Sephora, Fabletics, Rothy's, L'Occitane, Arc'teryxc, Coach, Aveda, Allbirds, Tory Burch, Nespresso, Madewell, LUSH, TUMI, from May 11, 2024 at 10AM through May 11, 2024 at 3:45PM to qualify. In-person purchases only. No minimum purchase required at any particular business, but total receipts must be over the required threshold of $50.00 before taxes. Purchases of gift cards are not valid and will not count towards total required spend. Receipts from qualifying purchases must be provided to a Westfield representative stationed on Level 1 near Pandora from May 11, 2024 at 11AM through May 11, 2024 at 3:45PM, while supplies last. No duplicate receipts accepted. Deposits for financed or layaway purchases must be over the promotional amount before taxes to apply. Westfield reserves the right to reject any receipts in its sole and absolute discretion. Valid ID must be presented and any credit card purchases must match the ID. Limit one herb redemption per person per giveaway with purchase. Only 300 herbs are available (MRSP $5) 18+ only.
