BoxUnion is a 45-minute fitness boxing class that features high-intensity cardio and muscle-sculpting strength training. BoxUnion is a fun, welcoming community with the sole mission of making you sweat, smile and share in the incredible benefits of boxing. No experience is necessary. The class is designed for all fitness and boxing levels. Class can be modified and taken at your own pace so you can always turn the heat down (or up!) on your terms.

Box Union is here to make this experience as easy as possible. All boxers must register before coming to class.
