Floozie Cookies is a delicious stuffed cookie concept by pastry chef Kimberly Lin, formerly of Claridges & Dominique Ansel Bakery. All of the cookies are 100%vegan with a range of 7 cookies & a rotating monthly special. Cookies include popular flavours such as Pecan Pie, Cinnamon Crunch and Peanut Butter and Jam – a gluten-free peanut butter cookie that contains homemade raspberry jam. In our Covent Garden store, we also currently offer vegan hot chocolates, Floozie Shakes and Sundaes.

 

Chef Profile

Kimberly Lin is a professional pastry chef from Canada and has studied culinary arts, baking, pastry and Boulangerie. After relocating to the UK in 2005, Kimberly worked across the country before settling in London. In 2010, she joined the team at The Square (2 Michelin Stars), followed by Savoy, Corinthia and Claridge's as head pastry chef. In 2020, Kimberly created Floozie Cookies, a delicious vegan stuffed cookie concept.
