In 2014, Randy and Serrano moved from New Orleans to Los Angeles to pursue their dream of opening a restaurant. After meeting someone who had never tried a Po’ Boy, they made their favorite—fried oyster with bacon and cheddar—which was a hit. Inspired, they created an entire menu dedicated to Po’ Boys, naming items after Los Angeles Lakers greats. Their journey led to the successful opening of their restaurant. “We made it, we’re here. The game starts now!”
