About the event
The Wiper Week initiative will give away windshield wiper replacements and installation, absolutely FREE. Wiper Week is a collaboration to increase safe driving in our nation’s capital and to raise awareness about the importance of visibility on the road – for drivers, passengers, bicyclists, and pedestrians alike.
WHEN?
Friday, April 4 from 10AM-4PM
WHERE?
Located outside Westfield Montgomery Mall in the parking lot located nearest Entrance 3 and the Transit Center, just off Westlake Terrace.
HOW?
1 - If you are a resident in DC, MD or VA!
2 - You register your vehicle in advance, HERE!
3 - You bring your vehicle!
Wiper Week is generously underwritten by Metro Motor, a DMV-based family of auto repair shops and vehicle service centers, with additional support provided by Mighty Auto Parts and Rain-X. Community partners include Westfield Montgomery Mall, District of Columbia DMV Inspection Station, Vision Zero, D.C. Families for Safe Streets, Washington Area Bicycle Association, Cars-N-Coffee, and the DMV Auto Alliance.
