W-Park
Terms and Conditions of Use
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Westfield Europe Limited (“Westfield”) makes the W-Park app (“W-Park”) available to you (“User”).
Any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms is a reference to Westfield.
Using W-Park
W-Park is offered and made available only to Users of 16 years old or older. If the User is not yet 16 years old, please discontinue using W-Park immediately.
By using W-Park the User certifies that they are at least 16 years old.
The User requires a Westfield account to use W-Park.
The User must have a payment card (debit/credit) assigned to their account to use W-Park.
The User must register their vehicle’s registration plate to use W-Park.
The User’s personal data submitted to Westfield shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy https://www.westfield.com/united-kingdom/privacy.
The User’s personal data will be shared with HUB Parking Technology, the Car Park providers, as an authorised third party processors under Westfield’s privacy policy.
If the User does not wish to be subject to these Terms and Conditions, the User should discontinue using W-Park immediately.
It is not possible to redeem any other parking offer while using W-Park.
Westfield retains the right, at any time, to refuse or cancel a User’s use of W-Park at its sole discretion.
The User’s W-Park account shall automatically delete following 24 months of inactivity.
W-Park in the Car Parks
Users may use their W-Park accounts at the car parks in Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City shopping centres (“Car Parks”).

The Car Parks use automatic number plate recognition (“ANPR”) to monitor and record vehicles entries and exits to and from the Car Parks.
When the Users registered vehicle enters the Car Park, ANPR will authorise the barrier to rise.
W-Park entitles the User to park at the Car Parks at tariffs listed below.
Each time the User enters and exits the Car Park, the tariff will be automatically charged to the registered payment card.
In the event that a parking charge to the User’s payment card is declined, the User agrees to allow us to settle the outstanding parking charge to another payment card of the User’s registered on W-Park. Westfield reserves the right to suspend the User’s ability to use W-Park until any such outstanding balance due is settled.
Tariffs
Car Park tariffs are displayed at the Car Park entrances, exits and other areas in the Car Park. They are also published online at : https://www.westfield.com/en/united-kingdom/stratfordcity/parking and https://www.westfield.com/en/united-kingdom/london/parking
Westfield reserves the right to vary the Car Park tariffs without prior notice.
Unpaid Tariffs
If the User does not pay the Car Park tariffs, the User agrees that Westfield, its representatives, and contractors may contact DVLA to request details of the registered owner using ANPR information.
If the User still does not pay such Car Park tariffs following receipt of the notice, Westfield, its representatives, and contractors reserve the right to take legal proceedings to recover the unpaid charges and any reasonable related legal costs.
General
The User is responsible for any and all damages, losses, costs or expenses suffered by Westfield and/or the centre’s owner as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Westfield and its employees, representatives and contractors shall not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising to the User whilst using W-Park.
The User expressly acknowledges that: (i) W-Park is not error-free or free of virus, (ii) the connection to W-Park implies the risks inherent to any connection and transmission on the Internet and mobile phone networks, in particular with respect to the data transfer speed, information query or consultation response time and technical performance, (iii) Westfield has no control over third parties networks or websites you may access in the course of your use of W-Park, (iv) Westfield is not liable for any loss of data, failure to store, misdelivery or untimely delivery of any data or material through W-Park, and (v) Westfield disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantable/satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose or need of W-Park.
Westfield may transmit, assign or subcontract the services under W-Park or one or more rights arising under it to a third party or to subsidiaries or affiliates.
Westfield reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and without notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
