At Little Bees Soft Play, we create a world of wonder and adventure tailored specifically for children aged 0-6. Our vibrant and safe environment is designed to inspire imagination, promote physical activity, and ensure endless fun for your little ones. From soft climbing structures to colorful soft spaces, our play areas encourage children to explore, learn, and socialize in a secure and friendly setting.

Little Bees Soft Play Rules

By entering Little Bee’s Soft Play, you agree to all our Soft Play Safety Rules and will adhere to them. Please read these Soft Play Safety Rules and our Terms and Conditions carefully as they set out the terms under which Little Bee’s Soft Play is available for use.

In the event that you do not adhere to our Soft Play Safety Rules you will be asked to leave without a refund.  We reserve the right to amend the Soft Play Safety Rules at any time without notice.

  1. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, over the age of 18, and supervised at all times in the Soft Play area. Under no circumstances shall an adult leave a child unattended in the Soft Play Area or Little Bees. Westfield and the Centre Owner do not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
  2. Our Soft Play is suitable for children aged 3 to 6 years old. Only children who are under 4'10 or 148cm in height may play. Children over this height may play at the discretion of the supervising staff. Under no circumstances should anyone over the age of 6 years play, sit, or lean on the Soft Play equipment.
  3. Adults should only enter the Soft Play Area to assist their children where required.
  4. Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the Soft Play area.
  5. Children should leave any loose clothing or personal items in pockets with a responsible adult before entering the Soft Play area. Please be careful of spectacles and hearing aids in the Soft Play area.
  6. Shoes must be removed before entering the Soft Play area. Socks must be worn at all times. Place shoes in the Sneaker Keeper before using the Soft Play equipment.
  7. Westfield and the Centre Owner cannot accept liability for loss or theft of any personal items (even if kept in the lockers). Please leave valuables at home.
  8. No food, liquid or candy is allowed in or around the Soft Play area. This will help avoid accidental risk, choking and keeping the Soft Play equipment clean. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited at Little Bees.
  9. No sharp objects may be taken into the Soft Play area.
  10. Children are advised to wear long trousers and long-sleeved shirts on the Soft Play equipment, to minimise the risk of personal injury. Clothes should be always tucked in. Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the Soft Play area.
  11. For their safety, we ask that you ensure your children do not climb or play in front of the slide exits and ensure there is plenty of space between children to avoid collisions.
  12. No climbing on the netted walls, safety gates or the Soft Play structure is allowed.
  13. Smoking or the use of electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited on the premises.
  14. Children who are unwell, or who have been unwell, should not visit for at least 48 hours. Children who become unwell must leave immediately.
  15. No diving in the Soft Play area is allowed.
  16. Fighting, bullying, abusive, aggressive, or any type of behaviour deemed to be unsuitable towards Westfield staff, management, or other members of the public, from either children or adults, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Westfield reserve the right to ask individuals to leave and/or enforce total bans.
  17. Parents / guardians must:
  • Accept full responsibility to supervise their children at all times.
  • Observe their children to ensure that they are capable of using the equipment safely.
  • Ensure children are separated according to their ages and abilities to reduce incidents of collision.
  • Explain these rules of play to the children and monitor their behaviour. Please be mindful of how your children interact with those around them. Disrespectful and abusive behaviour towards others could result in being asked to leave. Please report any behavioural concerns to staff.
  • For safeguarding purposes, only take photos and videos of their children. If other children and/or adults are captured in any photos or videos, please ensure that you obtain permission to keep the recording(s) from those parents/guardians.
  • Ensure that any food debris which falls onto the floor is picked up/wiped as soon as possible.
  • Be responsible for their children’s wellbeing and bring any medication required.
  • In the interests of health & safety, report to staff immediately of any spills, wet areas, or damage in the Soft-Play area.
  • Notify staff immediately of all injuries and where first aid assistance is required.

We are committed to ensuring a safe environment for children at Little Bees and while every effort has been made to provide a safe environment, our team is not a replacement for parental/guardian supervision. We cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries which occur as a result of children playing in the Soft Play area or on the Soft Play equipment.
