Parking FAQ

It is a simple parking system without barriers. It works much like the congestion tax, when you enter the garage your registration number is recorded by a camera and your parking starts. Another camera records when you leave the garage and then your parking ends, unless you have chosen to end your parking at the payment machine.

The best thing about the system is that you never have to worry about parking fines. You don't have to match any parking plates or time, but can do your business in the shopping center in peace and quiet.

There are 2 hours of free parking per day in the garage. After that, parking costs 20 SEK/started 30 minutes. As a Westfield Club member, you get 2 extra hours and thus a full 4 hours of free parking per day. If you have parked for less than 2 hours, or 4 hours for members, just drive out of the garage.

The yellow sticker that was previously used to be able to use extra hours of free parking is no longer valid. All members, including existing ones, must register their registration number and email address to get 2 extra hours. The staff at the reception will be happy to help with registration.

You always pay in arrears! There are 4 different payment options:

Pay machine
Pay with a card at the pay machine when you leave the garage. You then have 15 minutes to leave the garage. You can find all pay machines in our entrances.

Pay later
Pay later by card within 48 hours here .

Automatic payment
Link your card here and the parking fee will be automatically deducted every time you park in a garage with Autopay.

Invoice
If you choose to drive in and out of the garage without doing any of the above options, an invoice will be sent to the vehicle owner.
An invoice fee of 49 SEK will be added.

If you are a Westfield Club member and have registered your registration number, you will receive an additional 2 hours of free parking the next time you visit Westfield Täby Centrum. The reception staff will be happy to help with registration.

Simply enter your registration number and you will receive information about your unpaid parking for the last 48 hours. All information about your parking is saved until payment is made. Card payment is made securely via Nets, the market leader in e-commerce and card payments. You can also choose to be invoiced for your parking for a fee of 49 SEK.

You can easily register your payment card via Autopay for automatic payment. The parking fee will then be deducted automatically every time you park in our garage. Click here to link your payment card and manage your cars. You can still end and pay for your parking via the payment machine.

All card payments and registration are made via Nets, which is a market leader in e-commerce and card payments. You can only register one card.

You create a new account at Westfield Täby Centrum and enter your registration number when registering. The reception can also help you with registration.

If you have a company car where the company covers all your car costs, you can register your company card on Autopay and all parking fees will be automatically deducted from the registered card every time you park in the garage.

If you lease a car, the company that owns the car is invoiced and they in turn usually charge the person who rented the car. If you visit Westfield Täby Centrum with the rental car, you can pay the fee directly at the payment machine or pay your fee online within 48 hours at Autopay .

The invoice fee costs 49 SEK.

The camera only takes a picture of the license plate, nothing around it. The photo of the license plate is saved according to the Camera Act. After that, the data is anonymized: The photo is deleted along with all information about the license plate and information about the car owner.

When you drive in and out of the garage, the cameras record your car's license plate number and measure how long you have been inside the garage. If you have been parked for more than 2 or 4 hours, you will have to pay for that time. If you enter your license plate number into the payment machine, you can see how long you have been parked and whether you have an amount to pay.

Become a Westfield Club member to get an additional 2 hours of free parking per day.

The invoice is sent to the vehicle owner.

If you change cars, it is important that you remove that license plate number from your registered account and update it with a new one. Otherwise, you will continue to be charged for that car's parking costs.

You do just as usual and drive in with your Blip. At the gate to the Annex, there is a camera that registers your car and “logs you out” of the paid parking that you have passed to get to the Annex. When you then drive out of the Annex, you have 15 minutes to drive out of the center to avoid paying for short-term parking.

As a Westfield Club member, you have the privilege of registering your cars for four hours of free parking via our external parking provider Autopay . If your car is registered, as a member you receive a total of 4 hours of free parking per day.

After you have registered your cars on our parking provider's platform Autopay , you have the opportunity to log in at any time to administer your cars, or add new ones. In total, you can have 5 vehicles registered. Keep in mind that these vehicles may not be in the garage at the same time, as the free hours will then be divided between all parked cars.

All our visitors have 2 hours of free parking (4 hours as a member). After that, all vehicles with a registration number are charged for the remaining time, regardless of whether they have a disability permit or another type of permit.

Yes. All types of vehicles with a registration number need to pay for parking beyond the free 2 hours (4 hours for members).
