We deliver to all addresses within 20 kilometers from Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, completely free of charge.
How to order your products:
1. Send an E-mail to: hemleverans@westfieldmallofscandinavia.se with your name, telephone number, delivery address and article number or picture of the item you want to order. * The order must be confirmed via Swish payment no later than 01.00 PM for delivery the same day.
If you have questions about home delivery, you are welcome to call +46 73 600 83 60 between 11-16 Monday - Sunday.
2. We contact you by phone or e-mail and give you personal service and help to select your product. We check the products and price with you before we proceed with your order.
3. You can either have your goods delivered to your desired address or we will meet you at our pick-up point in Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, floor -1 zone A.

4. When your order is ready, we will come back to you with an order confirmation. Payment must be made with Swish and in the message field you enter the order number you receive in the order confirmation. The payee is our partner People Partner (organization number 556789-6864).
5. When your payment has been processed, send a screenshot of your Swish payment to hemleverans@westfieldmallofscandinavia.se
6. When the payment is received, we will send your order with the taxi company Green Cab (556819-2396) to your desired address. Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our pick-up point in Westfield Mall of Scandinavia's parking garage, floor -1, zone A. All receipts are included in the bag.
Terms of purchase and information
When can I receive the delivery?
* Place your order no later than 1 PM Monday-Sunday for delivery within 24 hours. We reserve the right to make any delays and do not offer any compensation if this is the case. We adjust the staffing for the service on an ongoing basis based on demand. At higher pressures than expected, we reserve the right to refuse deliveries. In the event of cancellation after placing an order, rules for return are applied in accordance with our terms of purchase.
What can I order?
We can only handle orders that fit in a car and can be carried by one person. You can order from Westfield Mall of Scandinavia all open stores with the exception of medicines, game coupons, tobacco, alcohol or other items with an age limit as well as items from grocery stores. If you want to order takeaway food from our cafés and restaurants, use Foodora, Wolt, Uber Eats or contact the restaurant directly as some offer home delivery.
Do I need to shop for a certain amount?
The minimum amount for an order is SEK 250 and the maximum amount is SEK 10,000. Since we use Swish as a payment method for this service, you cannot pay with gift cards, cash or other means of payment.
What do I do if I want to return or exchange an item?
If you regret, want to exchange or need to make a complaint about a purchase you have the same right to return and complaint applies as usual, but you as a customer must do it yourself in the store. Read more about our partner Middlepoint's purchase terms here.
