Near all the welcome halls in Westfield Mall of Scandinavia's garage there are reserved parking spaces for the disabled. Via all the welcome halls, you can easily enter the center with a lift.

In Westfield Mall of Scandinavia's parking lot on level 3, there is The Wash, which is a complete car service company where you have the opportunity to wash your car during your visit with us.

To make your stay with us as smooth as possible, we have a staffed wardrobe for jackets and bags in our Click & Service reception on floor 0. As a member with us, you leave your things free of charge. JOIN HERE!

You can choose to collect a package from Postnord at click & services when you shop at some of the largest online retailers. You can also try on the clothes you ordered in the changing rooms in our lounge. If you decide against the clothes, you can simply return them there and then. We are open from 10 am to 9 PM everyday and are happy to help you.

Do your shopping remotely and have your products delivered to your door within 24 hours * or choose to pick them up at a collection point in Westfield Mall of Scandinavia. We deliver to all addresses within 20 kilometers from Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, completely free of charge. __How to order your products:__ 1. Send an E-mail to: hemleverans@westfieldmallofscandinavia.se with your name, telephone number, delivery address and article number or picture of the item you want to order. * The order must be confirmed via Swish payment no later than 01.00 PM for delivery the same day. We contact you by phone or e-mail and give you personal service and help to select your product. We check the products and price with you before we proceed with your order. 3. You can either have your goods delivered to your desired address or we will meet you at our pick-up point in Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, floor -1 zone A. __Pay for your goods:__ 4. When your order is ready, we will come back to you with an order confirmation. Payment must be made with Swish and in the message field you enter the order number you receive in the order confirmation. When the payment is received, we will send your order with the taxi company Green Cab (556819-2396) to your desired address. Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our pick-up point in Westfield Mall of Scandinavia's parking garage, floor -1, zone A. All receipts are included in the bag. __Terms of purchase and information__ __When can I receive the delivery?__ * Place your order no later than 1 PM Monday-Sunday for delivery within 24 hours. We reserve the right to make any delays and do not offer any compensation if this is the case. We adjust the staffing for the service on an ongoing basis based on demand. At higher pressures than expected, we reserve the right to refuse deliveries. In the event of cancellation after placing an order, rules for return are applied in accordance with our terms of purchase. __What can I order?__ We can only handle orders that fit in a car and can be carried by one person. You can order from Westfield Mall of Scandinavia all open stores with the exception of medicines, game coupons, tobacco, alcohol or other items with an age limit as well as items from grocery stores. If you want to order takeaway food from our cafés and restaurants, use Foodora, Wolt, Uber Eats or contact the restaurant directly as some offer home delivery. __Do I need to shop for a certain amount?__ The minimum amount for an order is SEK 250 and the maximum amount is SEK 10,000. Since we use Swish as a payment method for this service, you cannot pay with gift cards, cash or other means of payment. __What do I do if I want to return or exchange an item?__ If you regret, want to exchange or need to make a complaint about a purchase you have the same right to return and complaint applies as usual, but you as a customer must do it yourself in the store. At each toilet group and in our two baby lounges, there is a drinking fountain where you can fill up your water bottle. You can find our toilet groups at click&services floors 0 and 1 and at Åhléns on floors 0 and 1.

Instabox is a service available in selected online stores. Instabox delivers your package to a delivery box on level 1 at Stjärntorget with us in Westfield Mall of Scandinavia. With a code, you collect your package exactly when it suits you.

Budbee Box is a service available in selected online stores. Budbee delivers the goods within 24 hours to a delivery box on floor 1 at Stjärntorget at our Westfield Mall of Scandinavia. With a code, you collect your package exactly when it suits you.

Welcome to use our storage lockers! At Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, there are storage lockers that you can use to make your visit even smoother. You will find our storage lockers on floor 1 near our Reception* *After 00.00 every day the lockers are emptied and what is left in the lockers is handed in to Click & Services on level 0.

In the Mall of Scandinavia, you will find digital information stations where you can easily search for shops and restaurants.

In Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, we have several First Aid kits and heart defibrillators. They are located in the Reception on level 1 and in Click & Service on level 0.

There are several ATM:s located around Mall of Scandinavia to make shopping easier. There are 3 ATM:s on level 0 and 3 on level 1.

Shine your shoes in one of our shoe polishing machines. You will find them on levels 0 and 1, next to the toilets.

In the photo automats on floor 0 outside MAX and floor 1 at the exit to Evenemangsgatan you can take photos that are approved to use in driver licences, visas, foreign passports and other identifikation documents. Get easily between the car park, shops and restaurants in Westfield Mall of Scandinavia by using our lifts. Follow the instructions on site in the centre.

In Westfield Mall of Scandinavia there are two baby lounges, one on level 0 next to Cervera and one on level 1 next to XS Leksaker. In our baby lounges, there is the opportunity for peace and quiet for the very little ones. Here there is, among other things, a sitting area for breastfeeding, the possibility to fill your water bottle, microwave, changing room and toilets.

Experience cinema at its best. Our modern multiplex cinema has 15 different screens and the first IMAX in Sweden.

You are welcome to our reception on level 1 or Click & Service on level 0 to get help booking transport services from Westfield Mall of Scandinavia.

Book your trip to Westfield Mall of Scandinavia easily via the Uber app. Search for the desired center and complete your booking. Delivery takes place on floor -2 at Evenemangsgatan.​ The Uber drop-off/drop-on zone has clear signage within the mall to help you find your way around or meet your driver. The Uber zone is on level -2.​ Feel free to choose Uber Green for an environmentally friendly trip with electric vehicles.​

If you need a taxi, we will be happy to help you with your booking. Visit the Reception on level 1 or Click & Service on level 0. When you book a taxi to Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, it is booked to Evengemangsgatan 2. Uber Zone Pick-up and drop-off takes place on level -2.
