Parking FAQ

The parking system is a smooth system where you can park without hassle and where you have several payment options. When you enter the garage, your license plate number is recorded by a camera and your parking begins. Another camera records when you leave the garage and your parking ends.

All customers have 2 hours of free parking per day in the garage. After that, parking costs 35 SEK per half hour. As a member of Westfield Mall of Scandinavia's loyalty program, you get 2 extra hours and thus a full 4 hours of free parking per day (valid on the first occasion each day, maximum once per day). If you have parked for less than 2 hours, or 4 hours for customer club members, just drive out of the garage. To take advantage of 4 hours of free parking, you must be a member and register your car in Autopay before entering. You can do this directly on our website - click here.

You always pay in arrears! There are 4 different payment options:

Payment machine
You can pay with a debit card in the payment machine when you leave the garage. You then have 15 minutes to leave the garage. You will find all payment machines in our welcome halls on the way into the center.

Pay later
Pay later with a debit card within 48 hours here .

Automatic payment
Link your payment card here and the parking fee will be charged automatically every time you park in a garage with the Autopay system.

Invoice
If you choose to enter and exit the garage without doing any of the above options, an invoice will be sent to the vehicle owner with the parking fee.
An invoice fee of SEK 49 will be added.

If you are a member of our customer club, have created an account in Autopay, registered your registration number in Autopay, you will receive an additional 2 hours of free parking the next time you visit Westfield Mall of Scandinavia (valid on the first occasion each day, maximum once per day). You must register your car before driving into the garage to receive 4 hours of free parking - do it here.

Simply enter your registration number on autopay.io and you will receive information about your unpaid parking for the last 48 hours. All information about your parking is saved until the payment is completed. Card payment is made securely via Nets, the market leader in e-commerce and card payments. You can also choose to be invoiced for your parking for an invoice fee of 49 SEK.

You simply register your payment card via Westfield Mall of Scandinavia's website for automatic payment. In connection with this registration, you will be able to make automatic payments in all garages connected to the Autopay system. You can still end and pay for your parking via the payment machine. All card payments and registration are made via Nets, which is the market leader in e-commerce and card payments. You can only register one card.

If you have a company car where the company covers all your car costs, you can register your company card at mallofscandinavia.se and all parking fees will be automatically deducted from the registered card every time you park in the garage.

The invoice fee costs 49 SEK.

The camera only takes a picture of the license plate, nothing else. The image of the license plate is saved in accordance with GDPR legislation, which is in place to protect your personal privacy. After that, the data is anonymized: The photo is deleted along with all information about the license plate and details about the car owner.

When you drive in and out of the garage, the cameras record your car's registration number and measure how long you have been inside the garage. If you have parked for more than 2 or 4 hours (applies to members who have registered their car), you must pay for that time. If you enter your registration number into the payment machine, you can see how long you have been parked and whether you have an amount to pay. As a member of Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, you get a total of 4 hours of free parking per day (applies to the first time each day, maximum once per day) if you register your car.

The invoice is sent to the vehicle owner.

If you change cars, it is important that you remove that license plate number from your registered account and update it with a new one. Otherwise, you will continue to be charged for that car's parking costs. If you have already registered another car, log in to your account at autopay.io , tap on vehicles and change the license plate number there.

Depending on which country the car comes from, we can read the car's registration number, it is best to pay at the payment machine.

Fabege or administrators at your company will register your car and you will then be allowed to park it according to your contract.

As a member of Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, you have the privilege of registering your cars for four hours of free parking via our external parking provider Parkman. If your car is registered, as a customer club member you receive a total of 4 hours of free parking per day (valid on the first occasion each day, maximum once per day).

After you have registered your cars on our parking provider Parkman's platform "Autopay", you have the opportunity to log in at any time to administer your cars, or add new ones. In total, you can have 5 vehicles registered. Keep in mind that these vehicles may not be in the garage at the same time, as the free hours will then be divided between all parked cars.

All our visitors have 2 hours of free parking (or 4 hours if you are a member - valid on the first occasion each day, maximum once per day). After that, all vehicles with a registration number are charged for the remaining time, regardless of whether you have a disability permit or another type of permit.

Yes. All types of vehicles with a registration number need to pay for parking beyond the free 2 hours (4 hours for customer club members - valid on the first occasion each day, maximum once per day).
