Hamburguesa Nostra is a Spanish hamburger chain selling hamburger meat to be cooked at home. It focuses on hamburgers made naturally, prepared with quality ingredients.  Although the business began in 2002, its origins go back to 1958. Passionate about traditional methods of producing meat, Juan José Rodríguez García left his village near Luarca to train as a butcher. 15 years later, he bought stall 36 in Chamartín market in Madrid and it gradually became what today we know as Hamburguesa Nostra, a brand offering the highest quality natural products.
