In the survey, you’ll have the opportunity to share suggestions, leave positive feedback, ask questions, or report issues. What’s more, the evaluation uses the NPS (Net Promoter Score) method. This method divides responses into three groups:

• 0 to 6: Detractors (critical ratings),
• 7 to 8: Passives (neutral responses),
• 9 to 10: Promoters (satisfied customers who recommend our brand and services).
