Services for people with disabilities

We have ensured that our center is comprehensively adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

• At our Reception, it is possible to borrow a wheelchair. 
• The parking lot has 60 parking spaces designated for people with disabilities, including 15 spaces in a designated area marked in blue. A special card, issued free of charge at the Center’s Security Office (located on level -1 next to Tailoring Services), entitles you to use them. The spaces for people with disabilities are located right next to the entrances to the center on both parking levels. 
• An assistance call system has been installed in the restrooms. 
• The center’s simple layout, wide spaces, convenient entrances, and surrounding surfaces. 
• Contrasting markings on the doors. 
• The Totupoint navigation and information system installed to help blind and visually impaired people navigate the center. 
• The possibility of using the induction loop service and the "Migam" sign language interpreter at the center’s Reception. 
• Training for center staff on supporting people with disabilities.
