Welcome to Bear Claw! Our meat – beef, pork, or chicken – is of the highest quality and “Nordic by nature.” We restore the natural texture to our products: through a meticulous eight-hour braising process, making it tender and flavorful. Then, it is pulled apart using the Bear Claw and enhanced with our homemade sauces. Finally, combined with fresh ingredients, it becomes extra juicy in your choice of burger, cheesesteak, or salad!
