House rules

The following house rules apply to the entire premises of Westfield Shopping City Süd, including buildings, outdoor areas, and traffic zones (hereinafter referred to as the "Center"):

Entering the Center and using its facilities is at your own risk and is only permitted with appropriate clothing.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the Center, except in designated outdoor smoking areas. This includes conventional cigarettes as well as all types of e-cigarettes (Heets, vapes, etc.).
The consumption of alcoholic beverages outside the designated gastronomy areas is not permitted. The consumption or trade of drugs will be reported without exception.
Sitting on stairs in both indoor and outdoor areas, as well as sleeping in relaxation zones, is prohibited for safety reasons.
Dogs must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle at all times. They must be supervised at all times, and any mess must be cleaned up immediately by the dog owner. Bringing dogs into shopping carts is prohibited for hygiene reasons.
The use of inline skates, scooters, roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, motorbikes, or similar means of transportation inside the Center is not allowed. Bicycles must be parked in the designated areas outside. Playing with balls or other objects is also prohibited.
The use of drones or other flying devices is not permitted.
The delivery of goods, packages, and similar shipments using hand trucks, parcel trolleys, or similar transport equipment is not allowed during business hours.
For security reasons, the entire indoor area and parking garage are under video surveillance. Information about the processing of personal data can be found at the reception and at https://at.westfield.com/scs/dsgvo-informationen. The outdoor parking areas are not monitored—therefore, no liability is assumed for parked vehicles and their contents.
All facilities and equipment of the Center must be treated with care. Willful pollution or damage will be penalized. Please use the designated waste bins and the available ashtrays in outdoor areas.
The instructions of the Center Management, its representatives, and emergency personnel must be followed at all times.
The use of emergency exit doors is strictly permitted only in emergencies. Staying in escape routes or emergency exits is not allowed.
Carrying weapons, dangerous objects, or handling or openly carrying weapon replicas is prohibited.
Posting posters, distributing promotional materials, conducting customer surveys, playing music, or carrying out advertising-like actions or performances, as well as any events, demonstrations, or similar activities, as well as filming and photography, are only allowed with prior written approval from Center Management. We reserve the right to charge for any resulting cleaning costs.
Begging, soliciting, and the sale or offering of goods or services of any kind without authorization are not permitted.
We kindly ask you not to use shopping carts within the mall area and to return them to the designated collection points. For your safety, the use of escalators with shopping carts, wheelchairs, and strollers is prohibited. The use of elevators and escalators by children is only permitted when accompanied by an adult.
No liability is assumed for the use of any service facilities such as shoe cleaning machines, lockers, wheelchairs, strollers, charging cables, power banks, etc.
Entering Westfield Shopping City Süd outside of opening hours is only permitted with prior approval and in the presence of Center personnel or its representatives.
Additional regulations of individual stores and gastronomy areas must be observed.
Gatherings and group assemblies require approval from the Center Management.

In case of violations of the house rules, applicable legal regulations, endangerment of others, or inappropriate behavior, the security service and/or Center Management is authorized to issue a ban from the premises and, if necessary, take further legal action.
