Since sharing our master plan for The Village, we have received thousands of comments and suggestions from community members. We have listened to our neighbors, and we are excited to show you the revised site plan for The Village based on your comments and suggestions. 

Here are just a few of the ways your input has helped us create a truly a dynamic, family-friendly, community gathering place for all in the West Valley to enjoy:

  ·   Re-organization of buildings to locate amenities in the best possible locations.

  ·   Smaller block sizes within the project to create a more walkable environment.

  ·   Pedestrian access to and within The Village is easier and more accessible,
       allowing direct access into the heart of the project.

  ·   A wider variety of open air plazas and community gathering spaces throughout
       the project to create additional usable open space.

  ·   A larger Village Square, which will be the central gathering place for a variety
      of outdoor activities and events.
