Westfield is investing more than $40 million to improve area transportation and infrastructure to keep the New UTC convenient and hassle-free for the community. These improvements include:
• Easily accessible regional transit center for buses, the Superloop shuttle, and a future connection with the San Diego Trolley
• New parking structures with over 2,500 new parking spaces
• Improvements at thirteen intersections and roadway segments including new turn lanes, through lanes and signals
• Widening four freeway on-ramps
• Creating easy car-free access to the shopping center with enhanced bike and pedestrian connections
