Westfield and Snoddons have recently submitted a new planning application for the Sprucefield Park Phase 2 development.

Westfield has made some changes to an earlier scheme, taking into account the local feedback received on the previous application. The revised plans have been designed to reflect Westfield ’s aspirations to meet retailer and customer preferences, ensuring Sprucefield continues to meet its role as a regional shopping centre.

Westfield believes it will be in the public’s interest to allow everyone to comment on the development and has asked that the Sprucefield scheme be subjected to a public inquiry.
