2.5km west of Lisburn city centre and 15km to the south of Belfast, the current development proposals for Sprucefield are on the 20 acre vacant site adjacent to the existing Sprucefield retail park.

The first phase of Sprucefield Park opened in late 2003, comprising 21,461 sq m of floorspace, the site currently accommodates Sainsbury’s, B&Q, Currys and Argos with Next Home due to open autumn 2008

The Sprucefield site is also adjacent to the Sprucefield Centre, which includes Marks & Spencer, M&S Home, JJB Sports and PC World
