Westfield owns seven centres in the UK; Derby, Guildford, Merry Hill, Nottingham, Tunbridge Wells, Belfast and Lisburn. On 9 October 2007 Westfield opened the £340 million Westfield Derby, its first UK development. Delivered six months ahead of schedule, the 105,770 sq m centre is anchored by Marks & Spencer and Debenhams and includes dynamic fashion brands Zara, All Saints, Topshop, Next, Monsoon, New Look and H&M.
Westfield has three major urban regeneration projects. As well as Bradford, Westfield is developing the £1.6 billion landmark Westfield London, which on completion on 30 October this year, will be the largest shopping centre in Greater London with 5 anchor stores and over 265 specialty shops.
Westfield is also developing Westfield Stratford City, adjacent to the site of the 2012 London Olympic & Paralympic Games, it is one of the largest retail-led, mixed-use urban regeneration project ever undertaken in the UK.
