Our friendly and knowledgeable Westfield shopping concierge staff is at your service. They are happy to assist with directions, retailer information, lost property, transportation information and more.

The Shopping Concierge Center is located on the lower level near Macy's and can be reached at (219) 738-2260.

The Shopping Concierge Center is open:

• Monday - Thursday: 11am to 7pm
• Friday - Saturday: 10am to 9pm
• Sunday: 11am to 6pm
