Sarasota Square Redevelopment
Phase I of our $50 million redevelopment project is now complete. The revitalization has brought a “different, better and special” experience to shoppers by incorporating its “Hy-Style” approach — combining the best of traditional retail with innovative elements in a more modernized and engaging, indoor-outdoor setting.
With a brand new state-of-the-art AMC 12 theatre, new food court, new specialty shops, full interior renovation and enhanced amenities, Westfield Sarasota Square is a premiere destination for entertainment, shopping and dining.

As part of the revitalization process we are remerchandising the center to better serve our customer demands. Several tenants have relocated or remodeled to provide a new fresh look for shoppers. Make sure to stop by the Shopping Concierge Center and pick up a directory for all the store listings.
The Shopping Concierge Center has relocated to the main entrance near Ruby Tuesday's & Jos. A. Bank. The Shopping Concierge Center will continue to provide shopping amenities including Complimentary Kiddie Kruzzers, Wheelchairs, Westfield Gift Cards by American Express and more.
