For mobility-impaired customers, Westfield Old Orchard offers complimentary wheelchairs and motorized scooters for up to three hours. The wheelchairs and scooters are subject to availability. To utilize the service, a photo ID is required. For your convenience, handicapped parking is located near the main center entrances.
