What's going on?
Westfield Topanga is undergoing a $330 million renovation and expansion to become the retail destination providing real.life.luxury. to the greater Los Angeles region.

When will the project be finished?
In fall 2006 the first phase of the development will be finished. At this time, you can expect to see three new parking structures, 100 new small shops, a brand new Nordstrom, two-story Target, Dining Terrace, Family Lounge, Playtown, Carousel and more! Neiman Marcus and additional adjacent stores will open in 2008.

Will any stores be closing?
For the most part, all stores will remain business as usual. There will be some store relocations, but overall, you can count on your favorite store to remain right where it is through to the completion of the project. Close to the Grand Opening, you will see some closures and relocations, but overall, we're open for business!

Where can I park? (The area in which I usually park is closed!!)
During construction, it will be necessary to fence off areas of the parking lot, close some driveways and redirect traffic. To aid in achieving the most convenient experience possible, we have opened an additional valet station on the South entrance of Nordstrom. We suggest that shoppers utilize the parking garages off of Topanga Canyon Boulevard and Vanowen Street, which offer covered parking and are within a short distance of all shops.
