| The mall is always clean even the restrooms. I never have a problem parking and when I have purchased a mall gift certificate, I have never had a problem. I visit the mall at least 2-4 times a month and go to the childrens play area often. Keep up the good work :) -Betty L. |
| I really enjoy the Westfield Shopping Mall. I always find what I am looking for. They always have alot of sales so I always buy alot of items. The foodcourt is amazing. I never know what to eat everytime I go there. And the food is fresh, well cooked, and delicious. The restrooms are very clean and they do not smell like a bathroom. There is always toliet paper in each stall too. And they family restroom is a good source for families with kids. I feel very safe at the mall too with the security guards. I know nothing will happen there. And the parking lot has many spots and full of space so I can always find a spot up close. The staff there are very helpful and can supply me with the information I need. It was a great experience and I will be coming back again. -Kayla L. |

| I like the fact that the food court is there and brings all the restaurants together. In the Westfarms mall, it annoys me that the food locations are so spread out. -Julia N.F. |
