The Customer Service Centre is the hub of information for all activities at Westfield Downtown. At Westfield Downtown we have two customer service locations.
The Customer Service Booth is located on Level 1. It is manned from:
11.30am - 2pm Monday - Friday
10am - 6pm Saturday
10am - 4pm Sunday.
Outside these times please visit our new Customer Service Centre located on Level 2.
