Located within the shopping center’s three primary courts, the new public art installations at Westfield Culver City have been designed by world-class artists to stimulate the imagination, intellect and curiosity of visitors of all ages.
These pieces are engaging, relevant and surprising. Each exhibit, in its own way, reconceives the way in which the public can touch, feel and experience pieces of art.
Combining architecture, furniture and sculpture in a single “art park”, Punctuation Station features structures shaped as oversized punctuation marks. The result is an exuberant landscape encouraging playful interaction, learning and conversation.

With its ingenious use of lenticular technology to blend and animate images of Culver City’s shoppers, workers and landmarks, this exhibit magnifies and celebrates the extraordinary forms of ordinary people. Culver City Currency employs the symbol of the coin as a classic means of portraiture. In the process, visitors to the center can begin to see each other — or even themselves — as part of Culver City’s collective reality.
