Westfield Countryside shoppers will soon enjoy a re-energized and revitalized shopping experience as we launch a $12 million interior remodel and upgrade program. The project is due to be complete before the 2009 holiday shopping season in November. We will remain open and fully operational during the process.

From the moment you step inside, you will be greeted with a lighter, brighter atmosphere, new interior color scheme and combination of new energy efficient lighting and skylights. New flooring throughout, including porcelain tile, complemented by carpeting in a natural color palette will create a relaxed and inviting shopping environment.
Fresh
You will soon enjoy a fresh new dining experience in the fully remodeled Food Court. A redesign of the space, including bright new ceilings, sparking tile floors and a reconfiguration of the seating area, will deliver an energized look and feel. Contemporary new store fronts will incrementally be installed at each eatery. A very special new ocean-themed "Kids Spot," outfitted with child-sized tables and chairs with bright graphics depicting the ocean's ecosystem, will entice your little ones while you relax and enjoy your meal.
Shine
Everyone will appreciate the new and relocated escalators. This added convenience, coupled with distinctive new signage, will improve vertical transportation and flow, making it easier for you to visit your favorite stores. New cozy conversation groupings of contemporary rattan seating, with plush cushions and vibrant throw pillows, will also welcome you to sit, relax and refresh throughout the center.
Play
There's even more for the little ones at Countryside - the new Westfield Play Space on the lower level near JCPenney. Designed for learning through play, this expansive indoor area will be filled with bright structures and striking graphics depicting ocean life. Oversized sea creatures - perfect for climbing and exploring - will invite kids to come in and play while a school of fish swims overhead. Comfortable seating will surround, offering you a relaxing spot from which you can supervise all of the action.

We are also delighted to welcome one of the country's hottest retailers, Tilly's who has recently opened on the lower level near Dillard's. Tilly's caters to active and fashion-conscious youth, with a dynamic selection of clothing, shoes and accessories in surf, skate, motocross and West Coast lifestyle wear. Tilly's joins a number of popular recent arrivals including classic stores such as Build-A-Bear Workshop, Coach and Coldwater Creek. Stay tuned for additional new retailers being announced soon.
