Westfield UTC is a super-regional shopping center ideally positioned near I-5, La Jolla, and the booming University Golden Triangle district.
The center currently boasts a successful mix of specialty retailers including Abercrombie & Fitch, Ann Taylor, Apple, Banana Republic, Cache, Chico’s, Coach, Guess, Hollister & Co. J. Jill, L’Occitane, Pottery Barn plus Pottery Barn Kids, Restoration Hardware, Talbots, Victoria’s Secret and Williams-Sonoma. In late 2007, the center also became home to a new 35,000-square-foot, two-level Crate & Barrel flagship store.
The planned $900 million New UTC redevelopment will feature revitalized Macy’s and Nordstrom department stores, a completely new luxury anchor, stylish new boutiques, outdoor plazas, beautifully landscaped gardens and alfresco dining.
