Westfield Kids

By registering your child as a Westfield Kid, you'll both enjoy lots of benefits.  Registered parents receive special offers and kids entertainment information before everyone else.  We'll also save you the hassle of searching for things to do with the kids, information, facilities or kids services.

And what's in it for kids?  It's a great program, making them feel part of a bigger community and allowing them to participate in fun events and activities.  They will also receive a gift bag, a letter form Santa and a birthday card!

Registering your child is easy - simply fill in a registration form at one of our Concierge Desks - located opposite ANZ Bank, outside Kmart and in the Parkland Pavilion opposite Starbucks.

Westfield offers strollers free of charge and can be hired for up to three hours. Simply visit the Concierge Lounge and see if one is available. For a fun shopping experience for the kids, why not hire a Kiddy Cruiser? Kiddy Cruisers are available from the Concierge Lounge, located outside the ANZ entry and are available in both single and double seat. At a cost of just $5.00 per hour for a single, and $7.50 per hour for a double, you can shop in ease whilst the kids are entertained. For your convenience, we have Parents Rooms equipped with bottle warmers, change tables, private feeding rooms, nappy dispensers and microwave ovens. Dads, you are also welcome in all our Parents Rooms.

Parents Rooms are located in the Food Court, near the Fresh Food Market, next to Target, in the Parkland Pavilion and on Level 2 near Birch Carroll & Coyle Megaplex.

Need a break with the kids? Why not bring them to Playworld on Level 2? While your 1 - 5 year olds play on the slides, tunnels and climbing equipment, you can take retreat in the adjacent Bounce & Play Cafe with a cup of coffee and a snack.

Please note, parental supervision is required at all times whilst in Playworld.

Want to shop in peace? Then leave your 3 - 11 year olds at the Westfield Kids Minding Centre for up to two hours of supervised care for only $5 per half hour (including GST). If your child stays for one hour the cost is $7 and only $12 if they stay for two hours. Kids Minding is located in the Services Mall opposite Medicare.
