The Walking Group provides a fun, social environment for local people to meet and exercise together.
Exercising in the comfort of the clean, air-conditioned shopping centre means the end of barking dogs, bad weather and pounding the pavement in pursuit of fitness.
Plus, with the new Westfield Chermside measuring around 600 metres in length, walkers are sure to get a work-out.
The group meets at Café Siena (located near Coles) each Tuesday and Thursday at 7.00am. There is a small cost of just $3.00 for the hour.
