Westfield Chermside has two Concierge Desks located at each end of the centre for your convenience.  One is located outside Kmart and the other is located in our Parkland Pavilion opposite Starbucks.

You can also contact them on (07) 3359 0755. Concierge staff are available to assist with directions, retailer information, lost property, transport information, Gift Card purchases and more. 

You'll find our Concierge Lounge located near the ANZ entry or you can contact them by calling 1800 825 387. You can make bookings for wheelchairs and power shoppers and depending on availability, the Concierge Lounge can also reserve car parks for disabled and elderly customers.
