General Information

Using only the freshest ingredients, Hibachi-San prepares all of its entrées on-site and features mouth watering original recipes from Master Chef, Ming-Tsai Cherng. In 1973, Ming-Tsai Cherng and his son, Andrew Cherng, opened their first restaurant in Pasadena, California. Since then, Panda Restaurant Group has expanded to more than 700 restaurant locations. Hibachi-San is part of the privately-held Panda Restaurant Group. Guided by the leadership of the Cherngs, the Panda Restaurant Group operates a successful portfolio of restaurants, including Panda Express, Panda Inn and Hibachi-San.
